Meet our local representative as you step out of the airport for your transfer through mountainous farmland and forest, which brings you to the heart of the Turrialba Valley. Make yourself at home at Casa Turire, a charming boutique hotel which recalls the style of a colonial plantation home. Neighboring the Reventazón River and the magnificent presence of the surrounding mountains and sugar cane plantations, this serene getaway is located near the best whitewater rafting put-ins in Costa Rica. The Mediterranean style dining room serves fresh organic fruit and vegetables grown on the plantation as well as beef and chicken prepared in a traditional manner. Relax at the end of the day with a dip in the spring fed pool or explore the hacienda on your own.

Ranked among the top five rivers in the world to raft, the Pacuare thrills with eighteen miles of class III and IV rapids, covered with jungle vegetation, awesome canyons and waterfalls and some of the most breathtaking scenery in all of Costa Rica. This is an experience you will long remember.
