Yellowstone National Park was established as America's first national park in 1872. Located in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, it has a collection of the world's most extraordinary geysers, hot springs and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. The Park spans an area of 3,458 square miles.

Steeped in the western tradition of the cowboy, this area offers exciting outdoor experiences, spectacular scenery, and warm hospitality. There are ranch properties that are unique with their own distinct character, from working cattle ranches, to resort properties. Some offering programs specifically for children. They all promote the western way of life and prioritize the needs of the guest.

Fishing:

Montana has trout streams are the kinds of places where you embrace crisp mornings and ease into lingering evenings. This is the home of legendary rivers that have come to be known for wild trout and matching the hatch. The state of Montana is filled with cool, sparkling streams, rivers and lakes that come down from the mountains above. The waters are filled with rainbow, brown, brook and native cutthroat trout.

Historical:

Even before Montana came a state in 1889, there was a historical society. The people who established Montana's political and social structure were aware of the importance of history. They knew that history preserved and properly interpreted was essential for public understanding and appreciation of this special land. As a result, Montana provides visitors excellent opportunities to experience the history of the western frontier, its lifestyle and the people. Montanans are proud of the fact that much of the terrain crossed by Lewis & Clark's Corps of Discovery remains untouched by modern times.
