Day 1: Welcome to Costa Rica!
Meet our local representative as you step out of the international airport for your transfer to the north side of the country and to the skirts of the majestic Arenal Volcano.

Rising 5,436 feet above sea level, the majestic peak is the most active of all of Costa Rica's volcanoes. It booms and rumbles consistently and if the weather is clear in the evening, shows off its nocturnal light show.
