Could all the places found on a Panama adventure really be part of one country?

If you've ever had the chance to wake up in a rainforest, you know that the first morning is a shock to the system. The unbelievable chorus coming out of the trees beckons you to spot the owners of those voices. Rainforests teeming with birds and plants of all shapes and sizes remind you that nature is a mystery still unsolved. Every day spent in Panama's rainforests and cloud forests yields another surprise; birds such as the Resplendent Quetzal will stop you in your tracks and paralyze you in awe.
What makes Panama so fascinating is that one day you can be up in a cloud forest and the next you can be on your way to the Caribbean, where a whole new experience awaits. Panama's Caribbean islands have a unique cultural twist - Indigenous, Jamaican and Hispanic, where each culture thrives and adds a feel to the place unlike any other. Not only are there opportunities for exploring mangroves, island rainforests, caves and of course who can deny they love time by a white sand beach with clear turquoise water (especially if its backdrop is a forest preserve)? There the hum of music is never too far off and you feel like you've been privileged to find this piece of earth.
- Rainforests are so alive with birds and the chance to see the Resplendent Quetzal - if you haven't seen this bird before it is the most unforgettable (well along with toucans and macaws that you might also see).
- Indigenous culture is alive and beautiful; giving you an opportunity to see for yourself traditional homes such as thatched- roof huts perched on hilltops overlooking green valleys.
- Live in the trees for a few days, experiencing the views of the lush canopy with all its vines and epiphytes winding around branches of hundred-foot giants (and don't forget the monkeys!!).
- See another side of the Caribbean - the island of Bastimentos where beaches are framed by forests, caves and mangroves - and the confluence of three cultures (well four if you add yours!) makes for possibly the most interesting and coolest place in Panama (but we leave that decision up to you).
